To issue a Server Certificate, companies carry out rigorous data validations to verify domain ownership before the certificate is issued. If a requesting company does not own the domain, it must present a power of attorney from the owner authorizing the management of digital certification for that domain.
Other second and third-level certification authorities issue server certificates without any domain ownership data validation process.
By registering on the BR Crystals website , the customer expressly authorizes the sharing of data entered on the website with third parties, aiming at the completion of the purchase. Registration on the website is authorized by BR Crystals and the third parties contracted to process the data entered on the website, under the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Prices at the BR Crystals store are valid for purchases made at the time the product is displayed. Only requested and accepted orders will not be subject to possible price changes. BR Crystals reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, and in case of a price discrepancy in the cart, the lower price at the time of purchase will prevail.
For credit card orders, installments must reach the minimum amount provided in our sales policy.
Our delivery service does not allow orders made with PO Box addresses; in this case, complete delivery address information will be required. Some locations in the country are not served by our carriers, and in these cases, your order may not be allowed.
Payment Methods
For your security and peace of mind, when you shop at BR Crystals you will receive registered information about all stages of the order in your email, from the purchase proposal to completion. The delivery data for your order will be counted from the payment approval.
Credit Card
Your purchases at BR Crystals can be paid with Credit Cards. The purchase process is simple: just click on your card's flag and fill in the requested data at the time of checkout. It is important to inform Your Name exactly as it is engraved on the credit card. If the credit card holder's name is different from the user registered in our system, the purchase will be subject to analysis and approval.
Bank Slip
For cash purchases (no installments), you can pay using a bank slip at any agency or establishment that accepts this type of payment. The bank slip must be printed at the end of the purchase, and the payment validity period is 1 (one) business day (counting from the purchase date).
If it's not possible to print the bank slip at the time of purchase, it will be available in the My Orders Section until the due date, where it can also be saved to your computer in PDF format and printed for payment.
The release of the bank slip payment order will occur within one business day after payment confirmation by the bank. Payment made by check will only be approved after clearance with the bank.
PIX Payments
Pix is an instant payment, the amount is received at the same time the purchase is closed. Pix can be made from a checking account, savings account, or prepaid account directly from your bank's app.
Now you can also make your cash purchases (without installments) by paying via PIX. The purchase process is simple: just choose the Pix payment method among the other payment options available on the website. After confirming the order, you will have two ways to make the payment, as upon checkout, a QR code and a copy-and-paste key will be generated, both available on the screen for 12 hours, after which a new order will need to be generated.
It is important that you provide as much information as possible about the order, along with a general description of your product for the correct registration of your request. In some cases, photos may be requested to speed up the analysis.
Order Collection
Product collection will only be carried out if the information provided to Colombo is consistent with the condition of the product at the time of collection, and the collection period may vary according to the delivery region. The product will only be collected at the same delivery address as on the invoice.
For your security, demand that the carrier present the Collection Invoice, along with the Checklist, to verify the product's condition.
In cases where the merchandise is delivered by the Post Office, returns are made through a Posting Request or a Home Collection.
