All payments are made through fully secure payment methods. We use PayPal and Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, Hipercard and Elo credit cards.
To issue a Server Certificate, companies carry out rigorous data validations to verify domain ownership so that the certificate can be issued. If a requesting company does not own the domain, it must present a power of attorney from the owner authorizing the management of the digital certification for that domain.
Other second- and third-level certificate authorities issue server certificates without any domain ownership data validation process.
By registering on the BR Crystals website, the customer expressly authorizes the sharing with third parties of the data entered on the site, for the purpose of completing the purchase. Registration on the site is authorized by BR Crystals and the third parties contracted to process the data entered on the site, under the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Prices at the BR Crystals store are valid for purchases made at the time the product is displayed. Possible price changes will not apply only to orders already placed and accepted. BR Crystals reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, and in case of a price discrepancy in the cart, the lowest price at the time of purchase prevails.
For Credit Card orders, installments must reach the minimum amount set out in our sales policy.
Our delivery service does not allow orders addressed to a P.O. Box; in this case, the complete delivery address will be required. Some locations in the country are not served by our carriers, and in these cases your order may not be allowed.
Payment Methods
For your security and peace of mind, when shopping at BR Crystals you will receive by email information about every stage of your order, from the purchase proposal to completion. The delivery time for your order will be counted from payment approval.
Credit Card
Your purchases at BR Crystals can be paid by Credit Card. The purchase process is simple: just click on your card's brand and fill in the requested details when completing your purchase. It is important to enter Your Name exactly as it appears on the credit card. If the Credit Card holder's name is different from the user registered in our system, the purchase will be subject to review and approval.
Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário)
For single-payment purchases (no installments), you can pay by bank slip at any bank branch or establishment that accepts this type of payment. The bank slip must be printed when completing the purchase, and the payment deadline is 1 (one) business day (counting from the purchase date).
If it is not possible to print the bank slip at the time of purchase, it will be available in the My Orders section until the due date, where it can also be saved to your computer in PDF format and printed for payment.
Orders paid by bank slip (boleto bancário) are released within one business day after the bank confirms the payment. Payments made by check will only be approved after the check clears at the bank.
Payments via PIX
Pix is an instant payment; the amount is received at the same moment the purchase is completed. Pix can be made from a checking account, savings account or prepaid account directly from your bank's app.
Now you can also make your purchases with a single payment (no installments) via PIX. The purchase process is simple: just choose the Pix payment method among the other payment options available on the site. After confirming the order, you will have two ways to make the payment, because when you complete the purchase a QR code and a copy-and-paste key will be generated, both displayed on the screen for 12 hours; after that, it will be necessary to place a new order.
It is important that you provide as much information as possible about the order, along with a general description of your product, so that your request is recorded correctly. In some cases, photos may be requested to speed up the analysis.
Order Pickup
The product will only be collected if the information provided to Colombo matches the condition in which the product is found at the time of pickup, and the pickup time may vary according to the region where it was delivered. The product will only be collected at the same delivery address as on the invoice.
For your security, require the carrier to present the Pickup Invoice, together with the Checklist, to verify the condition of the product.
In cases where the merchandise is delivered by Correios, the return is made through a Shipping Request or a Home Pickup.
