Shipping and Delivery Policies

The BR Crystals store makes every effort to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. The delivery time starts counting from when the order is shipped by our system. It may be delivered within 3 to 12 business days, depending on the location. Orders placed from 3 p.m. onward will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed by 2 p.m. will be processed and shipped on the same day. If you have any questions, please have the number provided by the system when you completed your order at hand and contact our customer service center.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries ARE made by CORREIOS. A tracking code will be automatically generated by Correios. With Correios, some ZIP codes (CEPs) may have delivery restrictions, because the distribution area is subject to a different delivery time. In some cases, the merchandise may be made available at a post office awaiting pickup.
 
Order not collected: If your delivery has not been made within the maximum stipulated time, please contact Customer Service or our CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. This contact must be made no later than 20 days after the purchase date so we can avoid fraud and inconvenience.
