Shipping and Delivery Policies

BR Crystals store makes every effort to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. The delivery time begins to be counted from the moment the order is posted by our system. It can be delivered between 3 to 12 business days, depending on the location. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed by 2 PM will be processed and shipped/posted on the same day. If you have any questions, please have the number provided by the system at the time of your order completion and contact our customer service center.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries ARE carried out by CORREIOS (Brazilian Post Office). A tracking code will be automatically generated by Correios. For some ZIP codes, Correios may have delivery restrictions, as the distribution area may be subject to a different timeframe. In some cases, the merchandise may be made available at an agency awaiting pickup.

Non-collection of order: If your delivery has not been made within the stipulated maximum period, please contact SAC (Customer Service) or our CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. This contact must be made no later than 20 days after the purchase date to avoid fraud and inconvenience.
